今日はミストという映画を観ました。

この映画はあの名作ショーシャンクの空と同じスティーブンキングが監督です。

この映画見たことありますか？

最後は大どんでん返しは凄いです。

そして常に冷静にならなければいけないという教訓をうけました。

途中気持ち悪いシーンもあるので賛否ありますが、

強く友達に薦めたい映画です。

I watced the movie today.

Have you ever seen a  mist?

Last scene,s  turn back is  awful.

I felled that we must　cool every day.

On the way there are grotesc scene.

Therefore there are 　pros and cons.

I recomend this movie for my freinds.

夜のルーティン

私には夜のルーティンがある。

22時位から英会話のレッスンをレアジョブで受ける。

これが終わるとスマホをパソコンも見ない。

睡眠の質が下がるからだ。

その後瞑想を10分行う。

23時にはベッドに入り本を少し読む。

23時半には電気を消す。

これでよく眠れる。

I have a routin every morning.

About 22:00  I receive a English Conversatin lesson in reajob.

After I stop wathing a smartphone and personal computer.

Becaus They mede low sleeping  Quality.

Next I take a meditation.

At 23:00 I go to bed and read abook a little.

At23:30 I shut the ramp

This made me a good sleep.

At 22:00, I have an English Conversation lesson in RareJob.

After the class, I do not use my smartphone and personal computer anymore.

Because they make me sleep less.

At 23:00, I go to bed and read a little using my tablet.

At 23:30, I turn off the lamp.

This gives me a good sleep.

朝のルーティーン

私は朝のルーティーンがある。

毎朝６時半に起きる。

それから顔を洗いコーヒーを入れたら

Youtubeで英会話を聞きながらストレッチをする。

その後で朝食にバナナとヨーグルトを食べる。

それから7時過ぎにはパソコンに向かい仕事を始めるのだ。

9時まで頑張ったら場所を変えるために近所の図書館に向かう。

これが私の毎朝のルーティーンだ。

Next  I wash my face and 　put cofee .

And lisnt to the English conversation in youtube while stretching.

After I  eat banana and Yogult.

And At seven I bigin  work　using the personal computer.

do my best Until nine  .

I go to library to do my work for my change.

掃除を頑張った

今日は自分の部屋の掃除を頑張った。

まず全てのモノをどかした。

その過程で捨てたいものが色々と出てくる。

一番は絨毯だ。

これは単なるごみだと気づいた。

しかし捨てるのも大変だ。

だから切ろうとしたけれどそこで体力が尽きた。

今は部屋が片付いて本当に気持ちが良い。

Today I  was do my best clean my room/

Firstly removede the every thing.

On the way there were a lot of thing to want to thorow away.

No 1 was a carpet.

I noticed that this is asinpley junk.

But It was traveled to thorou away.

Any way I would do the cut,but I tired.

I am a good feeling to clean the room.

No 1 is a carpet.

I noticed that it is already a junk.

 

But I can't throw it away because it's heavy.

I wanted to cut the carpet but I am so tired to do such thing.

目覚まし時計を購入

最近朝起きる時間が少し遅くなってしまったので、

買い物をした。

それが話題の光と音で起きる目覚まし時計だ。

Amazonでは凄い評価が高い商品だ。

早速使ってみたがAM6時間に光と小鳥の鳴き声でわりと気分よく

起きることができた。

これで早起きを続けられるといいな。

Recently Although I got up litttle lately,I did shipping.

That is a alam clock which get up with shine and sound.

There are many good review in amazon.

I was testing that without delay.I could get up at AM6:00 with comfotably.

I wonder if continue get up early.

I recently got up a little late in the morning so I decided to do some shopping

It's the alarm clock that wakes me up with the lights and sound

It is a product that is highly recommended in Amazon

I was able to wake up earely

when I tried using alarm clock immediately and
, the light and the tweets of the bird made me feel good.

半沢直樹が面白い

今半沢直樹が面白い。

なぜこんなに面白いのか？

コロナ禍の中で最近は映画を見まくっている。

ここ数か月はwalking deadシリーズをシーズン１～9まで観た。

それが終わるとwalking deadのスピンオフシリーズを1～5まで観た。

もちろん英語に慣れるという目的もある。

しかし非日常感を味わえるのが何より魅力だ。

半沢直樹は日本のドラマだけどそれがある。

いつも正義が勝つからスカッとするのが良い。

海外に人にも見て欲しいとう。

Recently I think that  Japanese TV drama Naoki Hanzawa is very exciting.

Why this drama is very exciting?

I have seen a lot of movies for last few manths because of CODV9.

I have seen a walking dead series season1from season9,

After wathing  I have seen a walking dead,s spinof series season1from season5.

Certinly there is a purpose  that I used to an English.

But it is attract feeling a unuseal.

Naoki　Hanzawa has a unuseal　attract  in spite of Japaninise TV Drama.

Every　time It is a good feeling  because Justy win.

I want the foreing people wath this TV drama.

I have watched a lot of movies in the last few months because of COVID-19. I've watched the "Walking Dead" series from season 1 to season 9. After watching, I watched the spin offs of seasons 1 to 5.

Certainly, the purpose is to get used to listening to English. However, it is unusual that I find the "Walking Dead" attractive."Naoki Hanzawa" is strangely attractive in spite of being a Japanese TV drama. Every episode gives a good feeling because Justy always wins.It would be nice if foreigners will also watch this TV drama.
